ABOUT

BOOST…for meetings sake original location in Downtown Cincinnati was established in February 2008 by local Cincinnatian Jenny White. As a Corporate Meeting Planner, Assistant Banquet Manager and Facility Manager she frequently received requests from clients wanting “A cool place to have a meeting; somewhere with natural sunlight and comfy furniture.” At the time nothing met these descriptions in a meeting space locally and she said one day she’d like to create that meeting space. The passing of her Uncle Bobby at the young age of 58 made her realize that she wasn’t guaranteed tomorrow and didn’t want to have any regrets. His death motivated her to take her skills to the next level and create the unique meeting space she had received requests for. After 9 years with Procter and Gamble she decided to leave Corporate America and enter the world of entrepreneurship.

After months of searching she found 538 Reading Road, which had the character, spaciousness and convenience she was looking for. It was now time to complete the space to meet her vision and develop a name. She wanted a name that signified the anticipated positive affect the environment would have on the attendees... It would raise their enthusiasm, increase their productivity and creativity…hence the name BOOST…for meetings sake was born. From day one her goal was to create the ultimate meeting experience from beginning to end for planners and  attendee’s. That goal has been achieved by her knowledge of the industry, her proactive approach to logistics, attention to details and natural desire to provide exceptional customer service.

After great success with her downtown location Jenny took BOOST…for meetings sake to the next level by opening a second location in Mason, Ohio in September 2011. The newest meeting space was designed upon the original principals .... character, flexibility, exclusivity, convenience, ease and exceptional customer service.

BOOST…for meetings sake has an Urban location, as well as a Suburban location. Jenny describes them as follows “It’s like having two children, both raised with the same morals and values, but each has their own personality.”

Jenny White thanks the many family and friends who helped her dream become a reality and thanks her valued customers for making all of the hard work worth it.
